Search-rescue and aid campaign activities from all over the country and the world continue to Pazarcık and Elbistan ,the districts of Kahramanmaraş , hit by two  earthquakes  measuring 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude.

Our university, as a partner in this mobilization, together with Kastamonu AFAD sent a volunteer team led by Prof. Dr. Bilgehan Baydil, Dean of the Faculty of Sport Sciences, and our teaching staff, consisting of our administrative staff and students, together with aid materials, to the earthquake zone in order to support them.

Our team first started working on creating a living space in coordination with the Jordan team in Hassa district of Hatay province.

After the work, our team moved to the debris fields in the earthquake zone and supported the search and rescue efforts.

After the debris works, our team continues to support the relief services by moving to the Antakya district of Hatay.

As Kastamonu University , we continue our diligent efforts to deliver the necessary aid and support to the disaster area together with the stakeholder institutions.

In accordance with the decision taken at the BAP Commission, meeting held on 24 of March, 2023,  the "2023/2 Project Call" was launched by the BAP Coordination Unit to be supported in various fields.

Within the scope of the Technical Assistance Program for Capacity Building in Vocational Education, the "Training for the Development of Institutional Capacity in E-Commerce Focus and Entrepreneurship Competencies of Youth" will be started  in March, 2023. The first session of the training will  be held on 9-10-11 March, 2023,  second session  will be held on 16-17-18 March, 2023. The training,  theoretical and practical training will be held together.
