Kastamonu University Faculty of Sports Sciences Women's Table Tennis Team qualified for the Super League with its successful performance in the Turkish University Sports Federation (TÜSF) Table Tennis 1st League competitions held in Burdur between 24-28 February 2025.
Our team, which defeated Eskişehir Osmangazi University 3-1 and Trabzon University 3-2 on the tournament's first day, completed the group leader and advanced to the main table. In the main table, our representative, who beat Istanbul Rumeli University with a score of 3-2, made his name among the top 8 teams. Our team, which lost to Yalova University 3-2 on the way to the semi-finals, was entitled to play the third-place match. Our team, which displayed a competitive struggle against Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, completed the tournament in 4th place with a score of 3-2 and was promoted to the Super League with this rank.
We congratulate the Faculty of Sports Sciences Women's Table Tennis Team, which will represent Kastamonu University in the Super League next season, and wish them continued success.
