Kastamonu University brought together international students at our University with the International Student Meeting Day, held for the third time on 29 November 2024.
The event, held by the General Coordinators of External Relations, International Student Coordinators, and the International Student Community on 29 November 2024 at Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Cultural Center, significantly contributed to strengthening the bonds of friendship among students and recognizing different cultures.
Foreign Relations General Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. M. Öztürk Akcaoğlu, unit coordinators, academic and administrative staff, and many students attended the event. International Student Coordinator Assoc organized the program: Prof. Dr. Ahmet Rıfat Kayiş and the General Coordinators of External Relations staff, Assoc. Assist. Yunus Sürücü started with informative presentations.
In the presentation, academic and social opportunities offered by Kastamonu University to international students were introduced. Students were given detailed information about essential processes such as visas, residence permits, and academic counseling.
During the program, students had the opportunity to ask their questions to academic representatives. In addition, various social activities were organized to increase cultural fusion and strengthen interaction.
The event ended with a collective photo shoot after the presentations.
