Our university has taken a significant step in its digital transformation journey by launching the Quality Data Management System (KVYS). Developed by the Information Technologies Department, this software aims to fully integrate the university's quality, strategy, and data management processes.
KVYS brings together the operations of the Quality Coordination Office, Data Analysis, Monitoring and Evaluation Coordination Office, and the Strategy Development Department on a single digital platform. Processes such as strategic planning, performance monitoring, internal auditing, and document management are now faster, more secure, and more transparent.
With the introduction of the system, traditional paper-based operations will become a thing of the past, and data collected electronically will make the university’s processes more efficient and sustainable. The workload between departments will decrease, and self-monitoring within processes will help reduce unnecessary paper usage.
KVYS not only marks a turning point in our university’s digitalization efforts but also plays a crucial role in enhancing quality standards, making it an essential tool for internal and external audits. With this step, our university is progressing confidently towards becoming a fully digital institution.
