This study will examine how blood supply disorders of the discs in the spine can lead to diseases such as disc degeneration and scoliosis. Changes in spinal discs will be monitored with interventions on experimental animals and damage levels will be evaluated by radiological, microscopic, and genetic examinations. The research will provide new insights into the causes of disc degeneration and contribute to the development of more effective methods for the treatment of diseases such as back pain and scoliosis.
The study aims not only to better understand the causes of spinal diseases but also to contribute to the development of new and more effective methods in the treatment of diseases such as low back pain and scoliosis.
