According to the statement made by the Ministry, the academic advisor of the project, which was implemented to take measures against the threat of erosion caused by TV series and movies on Turkish culture, is our University Lecturer. Dr. Emre Ertürk, media and communication expert Can Çağatay Yetik, is the project's coordinator.

Per the Ministry's statement, our University Lecturer is the project's academic advisor. The project was initiated to counteract the potential harm that Turkish culture may face from TV shows and movies. The coordinator of the project is Can Çağatay Yetik, a media and communication expert, Dr. Emre Ertürk.

In the project, where the famous screenwriter Makbule Kosif is also among the instructor staff, the front camera acting training is given by the renowned director Ali Balcı. The project aims to place 20-29-year-old actor candidates who complete the training in TV series or movie projects and to guide their career planning.

The project, which includes theoretical and practical on-camera acting training, will last 12 weeks with theoretical and practical training. Young actor candidates will come together with successful actors, directors and producers of the cinema and TV series sector while continuing their theoretical and practical training.

Stating that the primary goal of the project is to contribute to Turkish culture and cinema-series sector with a national and spiritual effort, lecturer Ertürk said, "As a member of Kastamonu University, I am proud to take part in such a project designed with national and spiritual sensitivities. We aim to contribute to both the series sector and the academy with similar projects in the future."

We congratulate our lecturer, Dr Emre Ertürk, who participated in the project and wish him to ease in his work and continued success.
