TÜBİTAK was allowed to fund the "17th Computer and Instructional Technologies Symposium," which was to be held by the Kastamonu University Faculty of Education from October 3–5, 2024.
The applications for the second period of the "2223-B Domestic Scientific Event Organizing Support" carried out by the TUBITAK Scientist Support Programs Directorate (BİDEB) for 2024 have been finalized.
Computer and Instructional Technology Symposium is an important meeting point in educational technologies and brings together academics, researchers, teachers and industry professionals. The symposium will be organized for the 17th time this year; technology in education, innovative teaching methods, digital learning materials and similar topics will be discussed.
TUBITAK's support will enable the symposium to reach a wider audience and share more academic studies. Through panels, workshops, and presentations during the symposium, participants can learn about the latest developments and applications in educational technologies.
Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kaçar, stated that the 17th Computer and Instructional Technologies Symposium indicates their importance in developing educational technologies and sharing academic knowledge. Emphasizing that this event, which will be held with the support of TÜBİTAK, offers a platform to discuss the applicability of innovative solutions and technologies in education, Prof. Dr Kaçar expressed his belief that the participants will contribute to the educational processes with the information they will gain here.
Our Rector, Prof. Dr Ahmet Hamdi Topal, wishes that the 17th Computer and Instructional Technologies Symposium, which will be organized by the Faculty of Education of our University, will open new horizons in the field of education and technology, and stated that with the support of TÜBİTAK, such scientific activities could reach a wider audience and share more academic studies. He also wished the symposium to be a productive event where knowledge and experiences are shared and collaborations are established
