Research assistants and lecturers who have completed their doctorate at Kastamonu University came together under the leadership of Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Küçük.
The issues of developing and spreading our University's national/international research and project culture with broad participation were discussed at the meeting.
The main themes of the meeting included increasing qualified value-added academic studies in line with the strategic plan targets, increasing the number of articles published in the Q1 and Q2 categories, increasing the number of international projects and TÜBİTAK projects, determining annual academic performance targets and carrying out studies in this direction, and informing the quality studies carried out at our University.
At the meeting, the aim was to disseminate R&D activities at our university to deliver project studies to academicians at all levels and to increase the number of projects. In this context, what needs to be done to increase the number of qualified value-added academic studies and to achieve strategic goals were discussed. In particular, it was stated that the project and article writing training provided by our University are significant opportunities to utilise.
In the last part of the meeting, information was given about the quality processes of our University. Emphasizing the importance of working under quality standards, it was stated that everyone has essential responsibilities in effectively executing these processes.
