Our university has achieved great success with the acceptance of 6 projects in the 2024/1st period of the 2237-A Scientific Training Activities Support Programme carried out by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (BİDEB).
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alperen Kaymakç, one of the faculty members of the Faculty of Forestry at our university, gave a lecture on ‘Conversion of Specialized R&D Ideas into Industrial Property and Understanding Patent Language’ and assisted. Prof. Dr. Hakan Aydoan lectured on ‘Thesis Proposal Form Preparation Training for Graduate Students in the Field of Science’. Assist Prof. Dr. Mehmet Karamanoğlu from Tosya Vocational School, ‘Improvement of Academicians’ Competencies in Organising Scientific Activities", Faculty of Science Res. Assist. Dr. Aysun İnan Genç's ‘Training on the Components of the Scientific Process in the Fields of Biological Sciences and Applied Natural Sciences from Hypothesis to Product’, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erol Tekin's ‘Development of Young Researchers’ R&D Culture in Techno-Entrepreneurship Vertical III’ and Faculty of Health Sciences Assoc. Prof. Dr Nesrin İçli's “Analytical Method Validation and Verification Measurement Uncertainty Advanced Application Training” projects were supported within the scope of TÜBİTAK 2237-A Programme.
Our Rector, Prof. Dr Ahmet Hamdi Topal, stated that this success of our university is the result of the work of our academicians on current and qualified subjects and underlined that the project training given at our university has further increased the project success of our university.
Stating that such achievements raise the prestige of our university in the national and international arena, our Rector expressed his gratitude to TÜBİTAK President Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal, TÜBİTAK Scientist Support Programme President Prof. Dr Ömer Faruk Ursavaş, YÖK President Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar and YÖK members for their support and encouragement for the projects related to R&D, projects and qualified education studies of our country.
Our Rector said, ‘It is our greatest wish that our university takes a leading role in scientific research and that its academic achievements continue to increase.
