In order to contribute to the professional development of academic and administrative staff working at our university, a training on "Information and Communication Security Guide Awareness Training" and "Use of Onedrive Cloud Technologies, Information Security, Safe Internet Use, Virtual Fraud and Precautions" was held on September 16, 2023 at the Central Library Sezai Karakoç Hall.
The trainings, which were organized for the participants to raise awareness on information and communication security issues and to take the necessary precautions to stay safe, were organized by the staff of the Department of Information Technologies of our University, Lecturer Yasin Doğan and Murat Yayla.
Onedrive Cloud Technologies Usage, Information Security, Safe Internet Usage, Virtual Fraud and Precautions were presented by Programmer Murat Yayla.
In the presentation, the participants were equipped with practical information on the use of cloud technologies and information security.
Lect. Yasin Doğan also informed the participants in the "Information and Communication Security Guide Awareness Training" session.
Within the scope of the training, topics such as password security, e-mail security and personal computer security were discussed in detail.
Participants gained important information on information and communication security thanks to these sessions.
