‘IPARD Programme Project Preparation Training,’ organized in cooperation with Kastamonu University Technology Transfer Office (KÜ-TTO) and Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK) Kastamonu Provincial Coordinators On 22 January 2025, it was held in Kastamonu Technopolis Göknar Hall.
In the training, KÜ-TTO General Manager Prof. Dr. Alperen Kaymakcı, TKDK Kastamonu Provincial Coordinator Ahmet Kuyulu, KÜ-TTO staff members Lect. Assist. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Fırat Olgun, Lect. Assist. Zuhal Arife Küçük, Lect. Assist. Kazım Yasin Özbey, Lecturer. Assist. Tuba Külçe, Kastamonu Teknokent staff Gizem Örek, TKDK experts Derya Yavuz Salcı, Yasemin Üstün, Ramazan Tongul, Burak Özberk and Berkan Emre were present.
Participants were given comprehensive information about the measures supported under the IPARD program and application guides and documents. In addition, technical specifications, proposal preparation, determination of eligible expenditures, and market and price information were discussed in detail.
In training, which emphasized the issues to be considered in project file preparation and execution processes, the importance of preparing an adequate and correct business plan for entrepreneurs to receive grant support was explained with examples.
The training provided information on technical projects related to agricultural structures, European Union animal welfare standards, minimum criteria of farm structures, herd projection preparation, and manure pit design.
