Within the scope of the Kastamonu University Social Activities Plan for 2024, the ‘Semester Concert’ was held on 25 December 2024 at Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Cultural Center.Within the scope of the Kastamonu University Social Activities Plan for 2024, the ‘Semester Concert’ was held on 25 December 2024 at Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Cultural Center.
The concert, organized by the Faculty of Education, Department of Fine Arts Education, and Department of Music Education with the contributions of the Personnel Department, was held with the participation of academicians, students, and guests.
At the event, where academicians and Department of Music Education students took the stage, a rich repertoire, including examples from classical Western music and Turkish folk music, was presented. While the performances allowed the students to showcase their talents, the program prepared with the guidance of academicians received full marks from the audience.
Dean of the Faculty of Education Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kaçar, Secretary General of our University and Head of Personnel Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Demirbaş, academicians, students, and many guests attended the concert program.
At the end of the program, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kaçar stated that such events bring art and education together and thanked the academicians and students who contributed to the organization. Assoc. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Demirbaş emphasized that social activities strengthen the solidarity and unity within our University and thanked everyone who contributed.
