‘Enhancing The Sustainable Rural Development Through A Homestay Tourism Training Module And Creating A Digital Eurasian Local Recipe Book’ (Enhancing The Sustainable Rural Development Through A Homestay Tourism Training Moodle And Creating A Digital Eurasian Local Recipe Book) coordinated by our university The last management meeting of the Erasmus+ Partnerships in Adult Education project was held at the University of Sannio (Italy) on 14-18 October 2024.
Prof. Dr. Africa Ruiz Gandara, Prof. Dr. José Manuel Gavilán, Prof. Dr. Domingo Martín Martín, Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Araslı, and Prof. Dr. Kai Victor Myrnes-Hansen from the University of Stavanger, and Prof. Dr. Biagio Simonetti and Raffaela Ciuffreda from the University of Sannio.
On the first day of the project meeting, meetings were held at the Rectorate of Sannio University and new cooperation activities between the two universities were discussed.
On the second day, evaluations were made with the project partners about the activities carried out so far. In the meeting, the time, method, and duration of the certification exam for the Home Boarding Training Module were discussed.
In the third meeting, the technical details required for the digital cookbook were discussed. The videos of local recipes shot by Stavanger University were watched and a consensus was reached on the necessary arrangements.
On the fourth day, the idea of a new project application for the sustainability of the project partnership was expressed by Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Araslı and all partners expressed their willingness to be partners for the new project. Detailed planning was made for the application to be made in the Erasmus+ call period to be opened in March 2025.
On the last day of the project meeting, a general project evaluation was made and the positive and negative aspects of the project were discussed. Finally, the certificates of participation were presented to the participants by Prof. Dr Biagio Simonetti.
