Under the direction of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Havva Kaçan, a fourth-year student at Kastamonu University Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing, Public Health Nursing course, from April 15, 2024, to May 17, 2024, trained nursing staff in nursing homes through interactive means.
Kastamonu University Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing, organised a comprehensive training programme for the nursing staff at Güldal Akşit Nursing Home Elderly Care and Rehabilitation Centre as part of the public health nursing course.
The training was conducted between April 15, 2024, and May 17, 2024, under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Havva Kaçan. The 4th-year nursing department students conducted the training program, which was carried out using various interactive methods.
The training aimed to transform theoretical knowledge into practice through group work, role-playing, case analysis, and simulations. In this way, the participants were allowed to experience the information they learned in training.
