Kastamonu University Faculty of Forestry, Forest Industry Engineering Department exhibited the products designed by its students within the scope of Timber Industry and Furniture Industry courses.
The students exhibited and introduced their projects to the participants, which they realized under the supervision of faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr.Önder Tor and with the support of the University's Wood Culture Research and Application Center.
Students gained detailed information about wood and wood-based composite materials and practiced the assembly and surface treatments of products that can be obtained from these materials.
At the exhibition, which was held with the participation of Faculty of Forestry Dean Prof.Dr.Erol Akkuzu and faculty members, Dean Akkuzu examined student products and gave information about the issues that should be taken into consideration especially in products designed for children.
Expressing his gratitude to those who participated in the exhibition, Dean Akkuzu also thanked the Wood Culture Research and Application Center for the support it provided to the students.
The exhibition was a successful event by sharing the knowledge and skills acquired by the students, contributing to the learning and teaching process.
