As part of the İŞKUR Youth Program, a notary-approved lottery for the 821-person quota allocated to our university has been conducted.
The distribution of the selected candidates across different locations is as follows:

- Araç Rafet Vergili Vocational School: 15 persons

- Cide Rıfat Ilgaz Vocational School: 15 persons
- Çatalzeytin Vocational School: 15 persons
- Daday Nafi and Ümit Çeri Vocational School: 15 persons
- Devrekani TOBB Vocational School: 10 persons

- İnebolu Vocational School: 10 persons
- Küre Vocational School: 5 persons

Required Documents for Selected Candidates
Selected students must submit the following documents:
- Copy of Identity Card
- Student Certificate (via E-Government) and Class Schedule
- Residence Certificate & Address History Document (via E-Government)
- Household Residency Document (via E-Government)
- SGK Service Record (via E-Government)
- Latest Monthly Payroll of Household Members (via E-Government) (For students living with their families)
- Criminal Record Certificate

Important Notes:
- Applicants residing in dormitories, shelters, or similar collective living areas and those whose identity information is protected under Law No. 6284 on the Protection of the Family and Prevention of Violence Against Women (dated 08/03/2012) are exempt from income assessment.
- After document submission, eligibility checks will be conducted. Students who fail to meet the requirements will be informed, and candidates from the waiting list will fill their spots.
- Students who have qualified for the program outside the central campus (districts) can submit their documents to their respective vocational schools.
