The 2024 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of Kastamonu Teknokent was held on March 24, 2025, at the Kastamonu Teknokent Administrative Building and Incubation Center, under the chairmanship of Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal.
The meeting was attended by Kastamonu Provincial Assembly President Doğan Ünlü, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Küçük, President of Kastamonu Chamber of Commerce and Industry Oğuz Fındıkoğlu, Chairman of the Kastamonu Commodity Exchange Assembly Serdar İzbeli, President of Kastamonu Cattle Breeders’ Association Bayram Pehlivan, President of Kastamonu Union of Chambers of Tradesmen and Craftsmen Yücel Gedik, President of the Kastamonu Union of Village Development and Agricultural Cooperatives Erol Akar, and businesspeople Hüseyin Avni Üster and Tuncay Yılmaz.
Also present at the meeting were Kastamonu Teknokent General Manager Prof. Dr. Alperen Kaymakcı, Deputy General Manager Dr. Lecturer Mehmet Karamanoğlu, Coordinator of Teknokent Academy Lecturer Zuhal Arife Küçük, Administrative and Financial Affairs Coordinator Lecturer Kazım Yasin Özbey, R&D Portal Operations Coordinator Gizem Örek, President of Kastamonu Chamber of Certified Public Accountants N. Serdar Kulaksızoğlu, and Ministry Representative Kübra Yumrudaş.
In the opening speech, Prof. Dr. Alperen Kaymakcı, General Manager of Kastamonu Teknokent, presented the 2024 activity report, providing information about the projects carried out throughout the year and those completed in the first quarter of 2025. The presentation covered Kastamonu Teknokent’s contributions to the entrepreneurship ecosystem, its achievements in technology development, and collaborations across various sectors.
Following the presentation, board members reviewed the activities of 2024 and exchanged ideas on the planned initiatives aligned with the objectives set for 2025.
