On February 19, 2025, our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, visited Kastamonu Provincial Director of Youth and Sports, Sami Kuşcu, at his office.
During the visit, cooperation opportunities were discussed between our University and the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, focusing on increasing youth participation in sports activities. The meeting emphasized encouraging students to engage in sports and collaborating on youth projects.
At the end of the visit, our Rector expressed his gratitude to Provincial Director Sami Kuşcu for his hospitality, wished him success in his duties, and highlighted that joint projects would contribute significantly to the youth and students of Kastamonu.
Provincial Director Sami Kuşcu, in turn, expressed his pleasure at the visit and stated that they are always open to collaboration with our University. He emphasized their willingness to join efforts to ensure that young people become more involved in sports.
The visit concluded with a commemorative group photo in honor of the occasion.
