The Erasmus+ International Staff Week, organized by Kastamonu University from October 14-18, 2024, continues to serve as a platform for fostering international academic collaboration and exchange programs.
As part of the event, 26 participants from 17 different countries visited our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, on October 18, 2024. During the visit, Rector Topal expressed his gratitude for their contributions to the event and presented them with certificates of appreciation. He emphasized that such events strengthen both scientific and cultural ties between universities and highlighted Kastamonu University's commitment to international cooperation. Rector Topal further underscored the importance of continuing collaborations between institutions through academic exchanges and joint projects.
The participants expressed their satisfaction with Kastamonu University's hospitality and academic infrastructure, voicing their desire to establish long-term partnerships with the University to further strengthen collaboration.

Among the participants from non-EU countries not affiliated with the Erasmus+ KA171 program were representatives from 17 institutions across Georgia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, the Philippines, Malaysia, Algeria, Jordan, Ukraine, China, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, and Ghana.
