Our Rector, Prof. Dr Ahmet Hamdi Topal, hosted Karabük University Rector, Prof. Dr Fatih Kırışık, in his office on August 5, 2024.
During the meeting held in the Rectorate office, joint activities between the two institutions were discussed, ideas were exchanged within the framework of academic, scientific and cultural cooperation between the institutions and the "Health Sciences Festival (Sağlıkfest) Institutional Stakeholder Cooperation Protocol" was signed.
With the signed protocol, it was stated that logistics and technical infrastructure facilities, human resources and physical areas will be used in the activities to be carried out within the framework of Sağlıkfest, which Karabük University will carry out, and that communication and promotion support will be provided to help the festival reach a broad audience. In this context, the aim is to increase cooperation.
Our Rector emphasized that cooperation with a young and dynamic university like Karabük University will bring innovations in the health field, and the education given in international standards and quality in health will be taken one step further. He also thanked Karabük University Rector Kırışık and the accompanying delegation for their cooperation and kind visit.

Kırışık stated that this cooperation with Kastamonu University will provide meaningful contributions to both universities and expressed their pleasure to take part in joint projects.
