Kastamonu University achieved remarkable success and became one of Asia's leading higher education institutions in the 2024 Asian Universities Ranking published by Times Higher Education (THE), which evaluates and ranks higher education institutions internationally.
Our University is among the 75 Universities Ranked in Turkey
Kastamonu University, selected among 1127 universities competing for a place in THE Asian Universities Ranking, also drew attention among the 75 higher education institutions from Turkey that made it into the ranking. The university achieved 43rd place by maintaining its top ranking in Turkey.
Our University Continues to Raise Quality Standards and Success graphics
Our Rector, Prof. Dr Ahmet Hamdi Topal, attributed the inclusion of our University in THE Asian University Rankings to the diligent work of our academic and administrative staff and students. Stating that they aim to increase the quality standards and success graph, he thanked the President of the Council of Higher Education, Prof. Dr Erol Özvar and members of the Council of Higher Education for supporting internationalisation and quality standards.
Our Rector emphasised that selfless work formed the basis of success and expressed his gratitude to all Kastamonu University employees and students who contributed to this success.
