Times Higher Education (THE), which provides up-to-date news about higher education and publishes rankings of the world's best universities, has published the world university ranking results for 2024.Times Higher Education (THE), one of the world's most well-known higher education rating organizations, announced the "World University Rankings 2024", which is based on the data of 1,904 universities that have achieved a certain standard in the international arena. In the ranking, where universities are evaluated academically according to 5 different basic criteria, Kastamonu University took its place among the world's most successful higher education institutions for the first time.

In the Times Higher Education world ranking, which includes a total of 1904 universities from more than 100 countries around the world, our University was among the most distinguished universities in the world with 1501+ ranking. Kastamonu University ranked 36th among 75 universities ranked in Turkey. Continuing its success in the QS 2024 World Universities Regional Ranking, Kastamonu University managed to take place for the first time in THE 2024 World University Ranking, one of the most respected rating organizations in the world.

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, who stated that our University took place in THE World University rankings for the first time thanks to the diligent work of our academic and administrative staff and students, stated that they aim to increase the quality standards and success graph.
